Born on August 26th, 1984, after completing the Scientific high school, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza (Varese) in 2008, attending, at the same time, the Faculté de Droit - Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. In October 2012 she passed the examination for admission to the practice of law in at the Court of Appeal of Milan and, since May 2013, she has been admitted to both the BAR Association of Como and the Swiss Register for European Union Lawyers EFTA in Canton Ticino. She had been working for 6 years in a Law Firm based in Lugano and, at the same time, she had been attending a Master’s degree in International Trade Law at Sole24Ore Business School in Milan. At the MAGHETTI Law Firm and Notary’s Office in Lugano she deals with any field of law, but her main activity is focused on family law, trade law and contracts mainly in the e-commerce area. She is able to work correctly in Italian, English and French language. She is passionate about music, reading, cinema, cooking and travelling.
